Actually - a pretty GREAT -:C- idea for the ding-dongs who need to drive while: texting, talking on a hand-held cell phone, reading books, and newspapers during rush hour on the freeway/expressway.

I seem to remember a old "Mr.Beam" movie where he puts a brick on his accelerator and changes clothes while going down the road. lol
