The day after Christmas.

It was the day after Christmas and all through the house.

Wait a minute what house. we will have closed and locked the door until April out of here on our way No more Sever Winter weather.

Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse.

Better not be no creatures they are all in the Truck with me and Maw.
Ain't no dang mice either.
As they say on 12/26 we will be on the gone side of leaving.

I look forward to the Holidays and this year we are really looking forward to the long winter vacation.
  • We have been in the high 40's here in southern MN. We did have some snow and everything melted and made a sloppy spring time type mess. I'm not complaining though, I'll take it.

Poor ice fishermen have no ice on the lakes though.
  • I'd say I'm jealous but it was 72 here in the beautiful NE Alabama mountains. Don't miss that bitter cold weather or snow at all. So glad we moved south, we can camp all year long.

Safe travels and have a great Christmas.
  • Come on down, the weather is fine 80 degrees today!

As Tom Bodett would say, "We'll leave a light on for you".
