Why do you think that there are over 200 bus based RV's, like Prevost, running automobile license plates from Nashville, Tennessee? No ad valorem or personal property taxes.
If you go to any major concert in the U.S., you'll usually find all their rolling stock has Tennessee tags. You'll also see politicians doing bus trips with Tennessee buses. And many NASCAR drivers do business with Nashville bus companies. Many are leased temporarily with drivers provided.
