They doubled the registration in Kalifornia for a couple of years. Owning a fleet of vehicles I literally gave some away. Our mh was 850 the first year and with the doubling, well simple math. 1700. I would never have bought it had I known it was going to double like that. Had a beautiful Winnebago A before this one and it was fine. The registration has gone back to the Normal level which is about 700 a year. Then the toad, the boat, the house. Insurance on the toad, the house, the rv.
We just can't wait to full time. No boat, no house, no house insurance, boat registration and insurance, property taxes on boat and house. And bye bye my native Kalifornia. State of emergency, state of taxation, welfare state. Nanny state. So many hand outs instead of hand ups.
Left California a year ago (after growing up and living there for 50 plus years) and have never looked back. I am now in Utah and am amazed how well the state is run. Forbes just came out with best cities for business growth and I believe Utah had the most at 4 cities listed. If you collect any form of state relief they know immediately if you get a job, or a better job, etc.
