Toad

Question

I have a 2006 Honda CRV with tow frame and lights. At 155,000 plus miles I am looking to replace it with a newer toad. Not finding a comparable size SUV .
Like is like many are now not toads as the transmissions are different. Would like less than 3000 Lbs unit in an SUV. Any recommendations ?

A small SUV like that really wont be able to tow much of a camper. A pop up at best.

You would probably get better information posing this over in the Dingy Towing section, than in the tow vehicles section. This one is more for the vehicle that goes at the other end of the unit.

You can look for a newer CRV up to 2014 for towing four down.

Suggest you move to Dinghy towing.  That's "towed" vehicles.

Any recommendations ?Hard to find a car today that's less than 3000 pounds, let alone an SUV.  My VW Golf wagon (not towable) is almost 3400 pounds and it's a pretty small car.
