Towing Ford C-Max SEL 2014

Would like to hear from someone who tows a C-Max Hybrid SEL with push button starting. How do you set the ignition for towing and what dash lights remain on when it is in tow mode. The manual is not very helpful. Went to the dealer today and they played around and said "I think it's like this". Not very comforting to us. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
