It doesn't feel like the back of truck is swaying side to side but more of a rolling effect.
This could also be caused by using passenger tires instead of truck tires. I know when I changed to truck tires, the sway or roll seemed to be reduced tremendously. Truck tires seem to have more sidewall stability.
