Trailer TPMS

Considering adding one. Since I have 2 trailers, a TT and a small cargo, I have 6 tires and I see there are quite a few that include 6 cap sensors.

Would it be able to split between two trailers, and who makes a decent one that doesn't cost a small fortune? Considering I bought a complete set of Motorcraft TPMS for my 2016 for $75, I would think that a decent one could be found under the $150 range, but I don't like to experiment.

Also BTW; Tire Minder, Pressure Pro, and TST all have big followings and good support. Lot of new ones popping up too.

Never heard of it. Give it a try.

BTW, I use the TST 507 system. Don't recall, but I think I paid about $225 about 6 years ago. They might be cheaper now. They come with as many sensors as you like, for additional cost.
  • I bought the Tire Minder brand for my travel trailer. I am extremely pleased with it. I has worked perfectly and was very easy to install. I am a 65 year old female and this is my first travel trailer. Their company and customer service is in Florida. I called them to ask a question and immediately talked to a human. The man at the company stayed on the phone with me while I installed the system. It took about 5 minutes to install and was very easy. The display continuously displays the tire pressure and temperature while you are driving. I highly recommend the Tire Minder system and their customer service.
  • I've never heard of it and after reading the page it's pretty obvious English is not translated well. And you are experimenting since there are no reviews. It only reaches 87 psi, so if you're running high pressure tires you're out of luck.

  • If you want one under $150 for six tires you'll have to experiment. Most of the known brands are a ways above your target price range.
