TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Friends towing a enclosed trailer visiting had a spring break. I called Sunbird RV In Indio, CA to ask who to contact for repair. They instantly said Benlo RV. We called and the Lady said bring it in and we will squeeze it in today. Got there they said $100 for new 3500# spring pack RnR. They proceeded to do the repair while we waited. The young guy did a great job. He had to replace the "U" bolts so all said and done one hour later the bill was $130 out the door! The kid got a $20 tip and we were heading down the road with big smiles.

    We had the same experience coming home from Az 3 years ago. Stopped at the travel center rest stop in Ontario Oregon and asked my smart home for a rv repair. Called the number and asked where he was and if he could get a fix for us getting home that day and his answer was yes and look across I-84 and you will see our place. $150.00 and we hit the road. I had to replace his parts because of not the correct parts but He did what we asked. We were happy.
