When you make a reservation, you have to pre-pay for the site. I think this is a fine idea as well!
While I agree, but as one poster mentioned, what's stopping someone else going into another vacated site and dumping or leaving trash, etc?
If I had my music a little too loud and my neighbor reported me, what would stop me from going over and leaving stuff on his site after he left and before the site was checked?
