Unusual toilet problem

Finally got this repaired according to the dealer. They said that the vent stack wasn't secured which caused it to drop into the tank which built up pressure and caused all of the problems. They pulled it up several inches and secured it. They also found the same issue with the grey tank where it would bloat at 3/4 full. I had never got it that full since I had full hook ups. The grey tank issue caused a floor seam rupture which created a bubble in the vinyl flooring.

I think that the dealer is doing a good job of taking care of these problems so far. I'm a bit suspicious regarding the quality that Fleetwood puts into the manufacturing of these motor homes though.
