I would suggest going with the 1400lb bars! Your 920lb "brochure" dry tw is without a battery or the propane tanks. That alone will add ~160lbs for 2-30lb tanks and a battery. Now load the trailer up and you may be right at if not over 1200lb tw.
For reference, our "brochure" 910lb tw is about 1400lbs loaded. While we do load a little heavier in the pass through, I would guess you will be very close with the 1200lb bars.
