Voting in South Dakota may change

yeah I figured out that much. But one is about religion and the other about education. You can't just post a sentence?

Sort of, the gist is the address has to be a real residential address, not the local laundromat.

The two bills are about voting in SD HB 1232 redefines residency requirements for voting

SB 124 Seems to be instructions to the county auditors on how to handle /issue voter registrations
