Either way, rotary polisher and rubbing compound and then polishing compound to remove the oxidation.
Or for a bit more than buying the polisher and supplies, have a detail shop cut and polish it, then cover it.
If you do it yourself, I'd expect a 38' camper side to take 2 FULL days.
Or you could hit it with the Zep floor polish for a temporary "fix."
