We actually have a paved loop in our backyard which makes it easy to camp at home if we want. Where does your rig stay when not on the road?

30' x 40' pole barn behindmy house. It's heated and has 50 amp service, so we can still hang out in the motorhome in the winter.

I own a 60' x 60' metal building about 3 miles from my house that used to be the township's road equipment garage. Unvented gas heaters caused "rain" inside in the winter so they offered it for sale. I bought it (cheap) and switched to two vented gas furnaces. No more "rain".
I've since added a few items. First 30A for the RV. But still a lot of empty space. So, a bar and back bar, Dish TV, tables and chairs to seat 60, a juke box that plays old 45s, two pinball machines, a theater style popcorn machine and a full bath and shower. And no neighbors. It is now "The Clubhouse". You can probably guess that I'm not married. ๐Ÿ™‚

Can you tell me the dimensions to your garage? Did you take your camper and add more length for a possible upgrade? Thank you for all the help. I'm looking at building one just like this for my TT, but I'm trying to figure out a size and price.

I sent you a couple of PMs. The dimensions are 26' deep by 22' wide, limited by the existing concrete slab.

I store mine at the back of my driveway. It's good not to have HOA regs against it.

My trailer lives 7 miles from home at my job. It makes for a nice place to take my lunch break once in a while. My boss stores his 38 foot class A there as well.

Ours is stored in the back yard under a large Oak tree to keep the sun from ruining things on it. We have a dump drain for it built into the sewer system and it's plugged in all the time to keep the batteries on float.

We even lived in it 5 months last year while the house was being remodeled.

We keep ours about 15 miles away in a graveled RV storage lot. 24hr access, owner lives on the property, $375 a year. We would like to keep at home but have a HOA. Didn't have an RV when we bought the house. We have kept it in the driveway for up to 2 weeks before with no problems.
