Where to boon-dock close to Greer, AZ?

Want to boon-dock around Greer, AZ. No structured CG's. Any suggestions for some good spots?

Move over to the Apline area, also very high around 8000 ft. three or four lakes, lots of elks, I had 60 in my front yard a couple weeks back. You could also go home from there very easy and see more of Az. and some N.M.
A lot of area to use and a number of camping sites also, we have a summer home up there, in fact I might go up the week end to close it up for the season.

Supercharged recomended this route to me several years ago.
I have been through there from Show Low. Absolutely beautiful country. Lots of forests, greenery and lakes.

    Boondocking near Greer

A good contact person would be MELLO MIKE who lives in Mesa AZ... You should be able to find him from one of his many blogs for OFF-ROAD camping in Arizona...

Search GOOGLE for MELLO MIKE AZ
