Agree with the big cities.
I've found as I get closer to bigger cities on a interstate system or even secondary state hiways drivers become more aggressive such as following to closely/speeding well above the limit/safe passing on a two lane hiway/etc especially young people and especially young females who seem to be clueless about safe driving habits.
