Which tire cover?

I need to replace our tire covers. I currently have Adco covers (came with RV cover) which have served us well. I need the 36 to 39 inch covers.

Camping World have them on sale for $26.99/pair on the Internet. Do they match the price in the store? It is a very long ride for a price check. It is difficult to contact the Fort Myers, FL store by phone being there busy season.

Tweety's has a bad link to their covers. Most web sites are within a dollar.

Any suggestions? Is there a better product? Are Adco ULTRA TYRE GARD tire covers the best?

Being snowbirds, our motor home spends a lot of time in the sun year round.

I've never seen the need to anchor them using the eyelets. I just snug them down over the tires and call it a day. They fit snugly and have never blown off, or even moved, afaik.

I bought these from Walmart a couple of years ago. Added my own eyelets and used the bunge from my Adco's. Still in great shape.

Had to bring this back up because we just took our ADCO wheel covers off our trailer. They were on there a whole week. Two of the covers, the reinforcing rings separated from the wheel cover. Not like we were pulling hard on them. Just crawled under and removed them.

Funny, with ADCO proclaiming so proudly on their box about 4 generations (or something like that) of the same family owning the business. Yes, and you shipped the manufacturing to China and Mexico. Be so proud. You make a cruddy product.

Back to buying cheap crud from Ebay. The Indonisian covers we had before actually held up better.

Exactly! Unless you already have a sheet that you can't use for anything else you'll be paying at least 25 for crappy particle board or 1/4 plywood. Might as well just spend the extra few bucks and get a good UV resistant tire cover.

Could not agree more ADCO work great are easy to store, and easy on and off. Our old ADCO's were starting to crack a little, we sold with our 1st 5er. Bought new to fit the larger tires of our new 5er.

We got some canvas ones at Harbor Freight for very little money. You can see them in our signature picture. They stay on pretty good, but need a bungy cord in extremely high winds (which we have here). We just encircled the covers with a bungy cord and have had no problems since.
They would also store nicely for you.

I don't know if the Adco covers are "the best", but I've had a pair in use for about 5 years. They aren't the prettiest anymore and are cracking a little, but still serve the purpose. Just like me, I suppose.

Thank you for the response. Plywood will not work for us. We are on the road about 9 months a year, sometimes moving every 4 or 5 days for extended periods of time. Storing the plywood would be a huge issue.
