When my wife and I first got together we had mustangs, and she had never driven anything bigger than a Ranger before. I grew up with pickup trucks.
We were married for 10 years before I got my F250 CC 4x4. We had gone to visit folks in TX and went looking at trucks and wound up driving home in it! My wife is probably a better driver than I am. I gave up the "Dukes of Hazzard" style when I left the farm. When we drove out to MT to pick up my dads 5er she didn't even hesitate to get behind the wheel with it hooked up:). I can't drive as long as I used to and my night vision isn't as good as it used to be. If we take her H2 on a long trip, I sleep a lot, a 7000# SUV at 80 mph being driven like a sports car is a little much! Especially when there's no brake pedal on my side! She can pick up traffic patterns waaayyy faster than me!
