Will a 2011 Ford ranger Manual tranny make a good Toad

Look it up. I think you'll be OK. Don't rely on my recall but I think the 2WD manual Ranger has a Towing Distance (before they want you to run the engine), a Towed Speed Limit (which might be as much for stability as for transmission) but neither is overly restrictive.
My complaint with Ranger is they don't sit or ride all that comfortable. But as a utility vehicle, hard to beat! AND the Coldest A/C I've ever experienced!!!
