Collie's annual dental

Dropped the Collies off at the vet for their annual dental and full health profile. The house sure seems empty without them.

Colliehauler, I hear ya on that one! I'd give up the travel before I'd give up owning a dog. Fortunately there are multiple ways to accommodate doing both.

My neighbor suggested since my Collies were at the end of there time that I travel and do things that were difficult with dog ownership. I realized that my Collies were a important part of my life as well. That is the reason I got into RV'ing in the beginning.

I've had as many as four Collies at one time, down to two now. I can't imagine life without a dog or two. I was always told one of the best things you could do for your dog was a dental to keep them in good health and provide them with a long and healthy life.

Glad the collies are ok. Buttons will have her dental next month. I couldn't be without a dog - just doesn't seem right!

Dog-parrot sees Bat-dog and Moose-dog as his flock. So he "calls" to them daily. Which requires a lound repetitive obnoxious squack from him and a loud obnoxious howling in return from them. Very annoying. And that doesn't include his need to shriek when I'm on the phone.

For both Collies along with all of Cooper's shots and having a small growth on Mikko removed was a little over $700. While not cheap keeping the Collies in good health priceless. I never had a parrot but did have a parakeet that loved to squawk.

Poor Mikko is still a little groggy from the anesthetic.

The day after my paranoid neurotic shepherd died, I came home from work. 5 minutes later I was calling looking for another dog. That shepherd whine when you come home is beautiful.

On the other hand, I routinely take an extra day or two before picking up the parrot. That day of peace and quiet is heaven.

Glad the collies got a clean bill! Too bad it couldn't have been free too. ๐Ÿ™‚

We'll happily both Collies received a clean bill of health and have clean teeth. On my way to go pick them up.

When ever we have a fur kid cross the rainbow bridge Herself heads to a shelter after about two weeks and adopts two to replace the one. One time she brought home 4. She can't handle the "empty nest" feeling.
