The problem you're going to have is reasonable temprature control. The smaller the container, the faster and more dramatic the swing.
BTW- the Shipping Fish link above doesnt work. But the big deal with fish is that they not go into temperature shock. That's the biggest killer of fish. They want a stable temp. Thats where they're from..
