I always wished that RV Parks would have a, for lack of a better term, Rent a Dog Program, where you could go for walks and spend time playing ball with a furry friend. Now that we have a bigger unit, we have our own rescue and spend many hours walking in the desert and would not think of leaving her home.

This hotel has a great idea,wish that more places would do something like this to help all rescue organizations find loving homes for all the unwanted pets.

This is the hotel that offers adoptable front desk dogs aloftashevilledowntown.com. They also do not charge for guest bringing their own pets.

Great idea, which could also be extended to homeless cats.

This is a great idea that could work across the country. Hopefully there are more pet loving hotel owners that will do this.

It's great that you can stay there with your dog and not pay a pet surcharge. That means for sure that dog owners will patronize them. If there happens to be a front desk doggie that their pooch likes, bonus! It raises the original idea of getting those rescue pups exposure at businesses other than PetSmart or PetCo.
