non-spill, non-splash dog bowl? Interested?

Thanks everyone for answering. That was exactly what I was looking to answer. It sounds like a lot of people aren't interested in a product like this and the ones who are already have something that works for them.

This is what we've used for the last four dogs. That's when we started fulltiming in our motorhome and never had a water spill with one of these. I have had to replace them occasionally due to the lids cracking, but they are well worth using. I keep water down all the time for my girlie. They are nice in the car too, if we're going out for a long drive. Can keep it in the dog area and it doesn't spill.

Towing a 5th wheel.....nobody (human/canine) rides inside so water bowl is empty and put away

Dog bowl in truck is small and dog knows to 'finish' it when she is offered a drink.


At home I built an elevated wood stand that holds water & food bowl. They do not move.

Not sure WHAT 'better mouse trap' you have as there are numerous water drinking bowls/devices currently on the market. Spill proof, splash proof, self filling, large based etc etc

The bowls been fixed. The dog on the other hand.....

Double ditto. When we stop to stretch our legs, we give the dogs some water and a potty walk. It helps them to avoid up-chucking from motion sickness.

I always used the "Watering Hole" - the plastic dish with the donut-hole top. Never spilled a drop, even on some pretty rough Alaskan roads...
