RVers don't like cats

Very few RVers like cats.

I notice that very few will even acknowledge that I'm out walking my cat, or just sitting with her. They walk by like she's not even there - the same way I treat most dogs - unless they come right up to me. I have concluded that since the vast majority of RVers have dogs, they don't like cats.

Using the same logic, if you are out walking with your wife and people don't come up and greet you, you must conclude that most RVers hate women.

We had a cockatiel named Eek. That was because it was the only thing she could say.

Yes, there are people who don't like cats, and I never trust those people. Cats are masters at recognizing true human character.

A CTD. Not a cat.

If it was a Cummings instead of a Cat more people would stop by to tell you their Ford is better.

I think if you "spaded" a cat, you'd be doing this, wouldn't you?

Absolutely correct :B

I would prefer that vs the amputation involved in 'declawing'
Is it time for your medication or mine?

I know a lot of people that have dog's and cat's. Most times cats do not like to travel and most dogs do. Cat stays home and dog goes camping.

I do not have a cat but do not dislike them, especially the ones that are good mouser's. I hate mices to pieces.

I used to own cats until I became allergic. Now, I don't care one way or the other. If I saw you with your cat in a campground, I wouldn't think anything one way or another. Just a cat owner.. no big deal.

We always take our cat. She has no concept of leash walking so we use a pet stroller. It's really as much to get us out for a walk as to give her some air. We find that a cat in a stroller draws quite a few comments.

Not sure what your complaint or observation is getting at.
It's rare to see a cat in a campground. So when folks just walk by like there's nothing to see, and because most RVers have dogs, I conclude they don't like cats.

It would be like walking past someone with a parrot and ignoring it.

So you bring your cat with you so people can ooh and aahh at you, otherwise they don't like cats? Isn't there, like, a billion cats in the world? Strange conclusion.
