One look at the picture that shows the size of the 'window a/c unit' tells you something about what type of boarding kennel this was. I know I would not leave my dog at a kennel that was cooled by that small air conditioning window unit that housed that many dogs.
That size unit when working would not keep '17' dogs safely cooled. :(
