Good Lord! That many dogs packed into a room that size could overheat in December. In Michigan. Didn't people look at the facilities before they left their dogs??
My question is, since this area is part of the house. Why did they use a window ac unit to cool this side of the home? Anyways, IMO there are many other questions that need to be addressed.
