1980 Winnebago Brave - 17.5 Dually Rims

Hi new to RV.Net.
I have a 1980 Winnebago Brave with a Chrysler chassis.
Coming home from a wedding and there was a loud noise from the rear of the motorhome and as I am trying to safely pull off the road, one of my rear tires passes me and goes into the ditch.
Luckily I was able to get my unit to the shoulder of the road without causing an accident.
On inspection it looks like the wheel lugs loosened, the tires were wobbling until one came off.
Both rims now have elongated holes.
I am in need of two rims which is proving to be difficult to find.
I do not want to retire my unit as I believe there are more adventures to be had with it.
Does anybody know where I could find two of these dually rims - 17.5 8 lug???
Thanks!
Mike

Check with RicsonTruck.com

You will need your tire lug pattern size. Chances are that the factory rims where 16.5" and where replaced due to the load capacity being marginal many years ago. 17.5" rims are much stronger.

If you can only find 16.5" rims, then my suggestion is put them on the front axle (less weight per tire) and move all your good 17.5" rims to the back.

Good luck,

Fred.
