2010 Keystone Springdale lippert tongue jack motor

Pulling off my seasonal site and motor was froze. Couldn't turn the manual crank. Pulled the motor which allowed me crank it manually (after replacing the fuse and blowing that one too). I don't have the manual for the tongue jack and was wondering if someone has one similar age and year can get a model number for me. It is the only manual I didn't have.

Trailer is listed in my signature and it's a Lippert Tongue Jack. May just go to the manual jack since I don't move it at all. Motor was easy to take out though.
