AC air Flow not equal?

Hello. I have a Citation 27J with a Dou-Therm roof mounted AC unit with 4 vents in the ceiling. The 2 that go to the rear bathroom and rear living area have the most air flow and the bathroom gets like a freeze. Meanwhile the one to the front bedroom has hardly any air coming out of it. If closed the back 2 vents as much as I can, but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions before I start tearing things apart?

Had the same freezing bathroom issues with ours. I took a pice of thin cardboard, cut out a small triangle, about 1/4 of the opening, and put it under the A/C outlet cover. Problem solved.

I recently had one with a similar issue.

I remove the unit and found the rubber roof hanging down in front of the duct to the bedroom. Taped everything down with aluminum duct tape. Fix the problem.

I had to remove the unit on the roof to get to the problem to correct it. Remember, it's 120 Vac. So unplug it.

Its a common thing. I just block some vents to get the air where i want it.
