adjusting slideout on 98 holiday rambler endeavor

The top towards front does not come out as far as the top towards
the back end. This allows the slideout topper to slightly sag
towards front end and water bellies here.
The slideout is moved in and out by metal rod with gears on rod that
fits into holes on slideout arms.
There are two rollers on inner part of slideout floor. The back one rolls across the ceramic tile kitchen floor and the other roller
towards front rolls across carpet. You can see carpet is sunken in
from wear over years. Can that roller be adjusted to put down pressure on carpet, which would cause outside top to pitch out and take up slack?

The adjustments are made on the outside on all of them that I've seen by lifting or lowering the outside edge, which in turn causes just the opposite effect on the inside front edge. I think you will find there are bolts with jamb nuts, that raise and lower the outside wall. There are also bolts in slotted holes that fine tune how far in or out the front and back ends are.
Make any adjustments a little at a time because changing one thing always effects something else.
All this assumes you have a garden variety rack and pinion style electric slide. If you have something fancier then things can be very different - and outside my experience. 🙂
