They are high voltage so an MPPT controller is needed--but the prices are under a buck a watt. I don't know what the shipping charges are.

$0.59 cents per watt is pretty hard to find in Canada. $180 for a 315 watt panel.

And as it happens I live just 259 kilometers from Saskatoon.
