Apparent Delamination/Water damage

I have a 2018 Coachmen Freedom Express 292 BHDS Travel Trailer. The other day I noticed a bubble approximately 6 in. wide by 14 in. tall a few inches below the window on the back exterior wall. My assumption is that water is somehow getting in at the window and causing delamination. None of the windows have ProFlex caulking so I'm not sure what to do to stop the leaking. I have very little knowledge on this issue, what are my options? I hear it is expensive to fix. Unfortunately, my warranty has run out. What should I do?
  • Get the leak fixed as the $$$$ go up with time. Then fixing the delam can be delayed but it's a factor (perhaps significant) in it's value.
  • Once the filon delaminates you have rot issues behind it. Get it fixed, the longer you procrastinate, the more expensive it becomes.
  • Any chance the manufacturer would assist even though the warranty expired 12 months ago? Anyone have luck with that?
  • The Coachmen rear wall is not laminated. It's filon over wood studs with windows, any other items, and the corner trim holding the mess together.

No butyl tape is used , it's too expensive. They use a closed cell foam gasket that costs pennies.
  • This post is good but I have another issue which is related to my ac repair ***Link Removed***emergency ac repair when I started my ac it automatically off after few minutes also it leakage water, so o want a solution how to repair my ac.
