ARPrv refrigerator control
Has anybody installed one of these refrigerator protection device? What is your opinion on this device?

- I haven't used one myself, but I have installed a couple, and spoke with the inventor at length. In my opinion, it should be standard equipment on every absorption fridge.

It "idiot-proofs" refrigerator operation.
You may not notice that you are out of level for that 20 minute lunch stop at a rest area, but if operated out of level you can SERIOUSLY overheat the cooling unit and do irreversible damage. This device prevents that from happening by automatically turning off the refrigerator if temperature rises to a dangerous level.
It is also an excellent additional protection against a refrigerator fire.
