Atwood Air Command -- Reviews.

For the past few days I have been trying to choose a new air conditioner. I first thought was to replace my Old Carrier Mark V with a Coleman with the carrier to coleman adapter. However, finding what I need in stock has been a problem.

I am not looking at an Atwood model 15028 which give me a heat pump (at no extra cost ???). However, I can not find many reviews on Atwood A/C.

Do any of you have and Atwood? Your thoughts?
  • I have two 15k btu heat pumps for over a year now. Very quite which all my RV visitors comment on.

Superior construction compared to the other brands. The compressor has a rod on top set inside of a large hole to allow movement but restrain the side to side movement going down the road. The interior plate that sandwiches the roof unit to the RV is a curved ductwork that smoothly turns the air flow to horizontal. The are two fan motors allowing the interior three speed fan to run on low all the time.

Purchased two from My12voltstore.com for $1332 delivered.

You will be pleased with the cold air output if you install them.

    Hope this helps you, Trainer
