Computer is not sensing a flame, so it cuts gas, but keeps the fan running to vent any fuel out.
Pull off the connection to the computer board and then put it back on. Same thing with the flame sensor. Hopefully all you have is a slight corrosion problem on the connections and this will solve the problem in the short term.
If it does fix it when you got better weather and time take a pencil eraser and very lightly shine up those connections.
If it doesn't fix the problem then you'll be looking at things like a new computer board, flame sensor, or wire to the sensor as possible problems.
One more thing make sure your rig is plugged in. If you have a weak battery the same symptoms will occur.
