Atwood HE 0801 refrigerator won't kick on

Can't afford a trip to Camping World, where I got bought new a 2013 Premier Bullet travel trailer by Keystone. Used only six times in 3 years. The Atwood HE 0801 refrig (Helium) has only been used a few times and stopped working. The Check light and all other lights on the panel are lit and won't go off and are not flashing. The only button that works is the power button - shuts all panel lights off, then back on after a second press. I cannot enter manual mode to select gas or electric only. There is 110v going to the outlet panel on the outside. There is also propane going to the fridge as the heater and stoves work and tanks are full. I'm told there is 12V supplied as well but I cannot see which wires provide 12V and my VOM doesn't see 12V on any of the leads there, and can't find a access panel photo online. I'm handy and can troubleshoot and mabye fix this myself if I had some direction..

Please, if anyone is familiar with this problem, let me know. All lights on the panel -Check Auto Gas and A/C are lit. See diagram Pushing the power button on this button shuts all lights off, another press turns them all back on. The MODE and TEMP buttons don't do anything and none of the temp bars are lit.

The Service manual online I found says if all those lights are on and the Beeper is OFF, as mine, the condition is an Open Thermal Switch on the Heat Source.

Someone suggested unplugging the AC to test if the gas clicked to ignite and force it to gas use but no clicking. There is power. I assume propane is going to the igniter but something is disabling the ignitor and 110v inputs. I checked all fuses and circuit breakers and replaced any that went out. The 12v fuse for the fridge is good as when I pull the fuse the lights on the fridge panel go out, and come back on when I insert the fuse again.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm hoping all I need is some kind of reset, or perhaps a thermal switch. If the later, I need to know where it's located and where I can purchase one online. Thanks in advance.

I have 37 years as an RV Tech. NEVER have I worked on an Atwood as they are not that common. The Thermal switch should just be like the thermal switches on Dometics and Norcolds, EXCEPT, those brands when the thermasl switch opens(shuts down) the refer has NO power to the controls. usually the Thermal switch is mounted on the backside insulated cover of the burner flue and will have 2 wires going to it. For JUST A TEST, jump those 2 wires together and see if the refer operates . Some Thermals have reset button in the center of the disc. You just push it to reset. If NO reset and jumping it makes the refer function, do NOT leave it jumped until you get a new Thermal switch. That is a safety switch. The Thermal should have a yellow and white wire to it. Doug
