Atwood stove

Well, I finally got around to looking at my stove in my TT. As I mentioned before, the oven would go out and relight several times. As it was doing it, I turned the temperature up and it stopped doing the on/off thing. So someone mention it could be a bad oven control. Does anyone know where I can get a oven control at. I didn't see them on CW or at my local RV store. Thanks.
  • What model stove is it? Some of the older controls used a mercury filled temperature sensor that is no longer available. The popular 1730 and 1731 models are a couple of the problematic ones.
  • HERE is a good source of info........exploded views/part numbers.

You just have to look up the Brand & Model.....find part number and then you can check with them for availability or using part number do a web search.

    The model number is R-W1731BBP.

Unfortunately, that model uses the obsolete 56114 oven control. Unless you get lucky and find an RV shop that still has one tucked away on a shelf, you're out of luck as far as I know. There is no direct replacement for it.
