B&B Moldings HW Bypass - Winterization Question

Hi All,

I have just recently purchased a 2021 Jayco Eagle HT 284BHOK. Very much looking forward to getting out in my new unit.

The wet bay is quite a bit different than what I have used before. During my PDI walkthrough yesterday, the RV tech explained the winterization process. The wet bay has a B&B Moldings hot water tank bypass valve. The Tech suggested the winterizing process as follows:
1. Drain all lines via the low point drains and opening all the taps
2. Close the low point drains and inside taps.
3. Flip the B&B valve to HW Tank Bypass
4. Add antifreeze to the system, and get flow to all taps

My concern is that how do the lines to and from the HW tank get hit with antifreeze? There is no bypass directly at the hot water tank like I am used to with previous RV's I have owned.
