Best lube for rubber and gears on slide out.

My slide out is making all kinds of noise (squeaks grunts jerks) what is the best lubricant you have found for this problem. I am pretty sure its just needs some sort of lube..

Slide seals should be kept clean, and the addition of 303 protectant will help reduce damage from UV rays. I have read where some people put talcum power in an old sock and rub down the seals as a dry lube.

Nope. Just keep them clean. Much of the noise is the seals.

The gear racks etc? Dry lube is best. The side seals? Things like 303 works.
