Black tank bound up.
Our black tank won't pump out. The fellow in the park said he got nothing out. When ya look down the toilet it is not empty. Thanks.

Add water to it so it's half full or a little more and then go take it for a drive with lots of braking and corners so the water sloshes it all loose and then dump it again.
