What do you mean by "pump out"??
Don't you just hook the hose to it and open the valve and gravity takes over??
If you've just left it open the whole time you've been stationary, then it's just full of solids and that's your problem??
With an RV tank, you are supposed to keep the valve closed until it's full, and then open the valve. The liquid in the tank is what moves the solids out.
If your solids are now dry... Well, you'll have to fill it up with water and let is soak for a bit.. Open the valve and see what comes out or not..
It ain't like a home sewer or even a home septic tank...
Good luck!
