Camping World Oakwood GA damaged by fridge...advice?

I'd like opinions on how to proceed: September 6th: Dropped our camper off at CW as our extended warranty was nearing the end. Had a bad propane regulator and stove hinge broken. Camper was finall...

WHY didn't you go inside and inspect stove hinge repair...then you would have seen fridge damage.??

Don't you inspect repairs after having them fixed?

Hard to prove AFTER you leave the lot.

Hope for 'good will' gesture cause you are w/o leverage or means of pushing issue.
