Even though the name is the same, not all CW's are the same because different people work at different stores, please understand that. I've had trouble with the CW store in Albuquerque even when pointing out defects in their workmanship before my RV left the bay where it was . . . "worked on." Without being specific, I don't feel I should pay the CW technicians $120/hour, then have to explain to them how to do their job correctly without damaging other unrelated components.
For that reason, this last time I chocked my losses up up to experience (over $300 in my case on a $375 repair ticket) and won't go there anymore. Hopefully your future experiences are different. Just ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check their work before you leave if you decide to do business there.
