Seems like a nice generator spec wise, and can be ran in parallel to get that extra power. Anyone use them and have an opinion?

Got both of them, fired them up in the driveway and in econ mode I was to carry on a conversation with my mom.

I've had one for over a year now, refurbished unit from Supergen Products. Can't say anything but good things, starts easy, runs smooth an quiet. A well designed product. I don't have A/C, so one works fine for me. Down the road when I upgrade to a larger TT with A/C, I may upgrade to the Champion 3100i inverter.

I went ahead and ordered two from Amazon with the required connector for parallel operation.

Will provide feedback once I have a chance to use them.

It's at $462.50 at this moment, but can change at any minute on Amazon.

Purchased the same generator in Feb, 2016. So far very reliable and well worth the money.

Amazon currently has the generator for $506.00 which is a good deal when compared to other brand costs.

For those with the 2000i that parallel and use for their A/C and the other electric-driven items on their camper, for a typical summer weekend, how much gasoline should one plan to use?

Thanks.

Too many variables to give an accurate answer.
The specs state at full load the consumption rate is .44 gal(US)/hr.
Running the AC would mean running at full load 2 x.44 =.88 gal/hr.

The search engine on this site is hopeless and mostly a waste of your time. Also these will mostly be outdated posts. Possibly not helpful.

Google the product you will get the posts here faster and more accurately.

I have a Champion, but it is one of the Dual Fuel types and I love it. Not having to handle the gasoline alone is worth it. It is not as quiet as the 2000i but it has a lot more power and I don't ahave to buy two of them to get my lights and air con to work at the same time...

A search of the entire forum shows just 2 more.

That should be plenty of good reading.

I own two and have never been more pleased. They can sit for a couple months in the winter and start on first pull. Paralled together they run my 15k AC with no problem. Highly recommended.
