Welcome to the forums.
The roof air may require a good 12 volt source for the control boards.
Start by checking the shore power. Make sure there is power.
If there is, then check the output of what ever device charges the battery bank.

2005 Coachmen Cross Country Diesel Pusher
The Inverter model is a Tripp Lite 612
It has 6 (six volt) house batteries wired in series/parallel
My husband is a DIY'er but has limited electrical experience but can use voltmeter and test light.
