Do i really need a tv? + audio static problem.

I've been trying to upgrade my entertainment options and so I bought a new 24 inch tv , right now I do have a tv but it's a small one with not so good picture , anyways i have a subwoofer behind my pa...

This Bluetooth adapter arrived in the mail and ended up fixing the static problem .
The Bluetooth works good while charging the phone too
I returned the tv , I'm thinking a cheap tablet may be a better screen
