Domestic rm1350 issue

Fridge is in a slide. Outside temp reaches approximately 30C, fans come on, burner stops. And won’t come back on until the fans stop? Or how about later, when fans stop, or ambient temp drops, the burner still won’t come back on for long time?

Edit: Ambient has dropped to 25C, fans still running, now 5 hours. Yesterday top temp was 27C, held temp and burner running all day.
