Dometic 1350 Fridge

I have the dometic 1350 double door refrigerator. It has 2 small computer type fans in the center of the back between the 2 vents. I want to add a larger fan to help move the air. My question is: Which way do the fans move the air? Do the fans blow the air from the top to the bottom, or from the bottom to the top. I don't want them working against each other....

You'll actually get a better heat transfer if you can disrupt the airstream such that you get turbulent airflow over the fins rather than a laminar airflow. So having the fans so close to the fins probably isn't the best place for them.

Well thanks for the info:
The fridge is in a slide with the top and bottom vents.
My original thought was to add another fan like Norskerman only lower or closer to where the original fans are, but not sure how to do that unless you pull out the fridge and I don't want to do that.
So I am going to add a fan to the top vent as dougrainer suggests blowing out and attach it to the vent with cable ties....

If you have the refer in a slide room and you have an upper and lower access doors and no roof vent. Install the fan behind the upper door blowing OUT. You do NOT need more air flow UP. Those 2 fans will do the job. What you need when in a slide room, is for that hot convection air to easily go out the upper door. That 3rd fan blowing out does that job. Look at the pic prior to this post. Note the wood baffle in front on the condensor fins. THAT is not a proper install to make sure all bottom up cool air flow thru the fins. That gap between that wood and the rear edge of the fins does NOT allow all the air to flow thru the fins. That fan is too close to the fins to do a good job. Doug

Added a computer fan in the upper area of the frig on our last RV - controlled by a on-off switch. Turn off when RV is not in use and when it is cold out - less than 60 degrees. It did improve frig cooling.

Well Old-Biscuit, that's a brilliant idea. Unfortunately there is no on/off switch to turn on the fans. They come on and off via a heat sensor switch. So for me to get them to come on, I would have to turn on the fridge, then turn that side of the rig to face the sun, then wait for the middle of June or July for it to be hot enuf to kick on the fans. Don't need the extra fan here in Pennsylvania but they never shut off in Florida. Thus I thought I would ask if anyone knew which way they blew. Blowing up does make sense, but I also thought they could blow down with cooler air to cool. But when its 90/92 with the sun shining on that side it is real hot on the back side of that refrigerator.
