Dometic AC Fan Not Working

The AC fan in our new to us 99 Class C Motorhome doesn't work. We have replaced the fan motor, and the start and run capacitors. The AC runs fine, the compressor gets cold, the fan just doesn't kick on with either the on or auto button. Does anyone know what the issue might be?
